		<description>It is a thoughtful article. This is why most never make it to the pro scene. I remember a friend who struggled year after year to cross the line between Cat 2 and Cat 1. After so many trials, he finally concluded that Cat 1 riders are born with something he never had to begin with. Ofcourse, that something cannot be bought off Ebay or the retain bike shop.

I ride mainly to enjoy the exercise. I compete only with myself, atleast most of the time. I think any sensible individual who spends so much time, energy and money for this sport would want some indication of improvement. Whether that be through racing others or documenting how one is improving compared to his past performances, it is an addicting passion.</description>
