When looking at climbers in the start of the 90s, you can see that their body postures are diffrent then the riders of 2K. Today thet ride more steady, while then they moved alot, creating eneficency in power transformation. I think today riders use more scietific training.

Hahaha !
I just discovererd ( thanx bigringriding ! ) what will become one of my favorites blog ever , and what a start !......being french my self , with a bit of Italian blood running through my veins :)

The simple mental images of Capitano Schettino and Cavaliere berlusconi sitting side by side give me a precise idea of what a britton aristo consider as "romance" !

Just kidding , just kidding , you fully succeded giving me the will to discover mr Booth litterature.

PS : The " a la Giro " rose background is beautifull.

Campus living requires an odd tube-to-glass ratio I can't ignore.

Just found your blog, I'm hooked! Great writing!

We don't quite get the balmy winters here in southern ontario that you enjoy Grimpeur...but those who do ride here (all year round) embrace RevoH2O for instant (yes I do mean instant) hydration. Check out the new blog http://revoh20.blogspot.com/ or our website http://www.revoh2o.com/index.php?p=Home
Nano-encapsulated liposomal delivery of electrolytes and maltodextrin makes all the difference!
